We are looking for individuals with bold ideas, courage, and a pioneering spirit to invent the future and have fun. We are seeking a Director of Enterprise-Wide Applications to lead the ERP SAP Organization for Manufacturing and Logistic.

Job Description

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless support for the specified areas.
• Leading projects and initiatives
• Engaging in strategic discussions with various Operations teams to develop roadmaps and strategies
• Analyze, evaluate, modify, configure, test, and implement SAP
• Prepare application system specifications.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, or maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with others, including the ability to engage with senior-level management.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing large organizations, including overseeing virtual teams.
• Experience in setting and managing budgets.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP, particularly in Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Have S/4 experience, especially migration from ECC to S/4
• Functional expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or logistics.
• Recognized success in people leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to internal and external customers, as well as executive level management on status, issues and corrective actions.
• Proven program management experience with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across the organization.
• Demonstrated capability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction
