We are looking for a Senior UX Designer able to understand our business and technical requirements, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.


The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the products, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

At least 4-years of experience Very strong Figma design skills.

English proficiency level (C1) Practical ability and experience in preparing mobile applications interface, web solutions, reports etc.

Experience in conducting usability evaluations Excellent understanding of the design and usability principles Knowledge in scope of user interfaces optimisation issues, as well as best practices how to create interfaces for various platforms (including mobile, web) Ability to conduct user research sessions (both in-person and remote) Development of knowledge regarding UX within the organization, cooperation in implementing UCD process Ability to synthesise research findings and prepare a list of actionable items Very good practical knowledge of tools, best practices & user interfaces designing techniques Very good practical knowledge of UX metrics Availability:
