Job Title: Monitoring Station Operator

Location: Poznań

Responsibilities:

  • Handle alarm signals
  • Manage service incidents
  • Handle technical signals according to procedures
  • Dispatch Intervention Groups according to procedures
  • Answer phone calls from Intervention Groups (intervention reports)
  • Notify individuals from the contact list about alarm events
  • Conduct remote connections with alarm monitoring centers, execute orders from Clients
  • Program access cards for technology (alarm systems) at the Client's request

Our requirements:

  • Resilience to stressful situations
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Desire to quickly and effectively acquire knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office
