Staniesz się częścią naszego zespołu, prowadzonego przez Team Managera, Mateusza Osadę i składajacego się z 14 specjalistów: Hardware Designerów, Hardware Verification Engineerów, PCB Layout Engineerów, czy Component Engineerów. Na co dzień pracujemy w międzynarodowym środowisku i różnorodnych projektach, dzieląc się wzajemnie wiedzą i służąc wsparciem.

Dołącz do nas jako Project Manager

Jesteś naszym brakującym ogniwem, jeśli:

  • od minimum 3 lat zarządzasz projektami embedded,
  • znasz i korzystasz z metodyk prowadzenia projektów (Agile i Waterfall),
  • masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów w obszarze hardware designu,
  • posiadasz umiejętności raportowania, planowania i organizacji pracy zespołu (w tym tworzenia budżetów, harmonogramów oraz monitorowania postępów prac),
  • masz doświadczenie w zakresie tworzenia business case'ów,
  • masz doświadczenie z cyklem życia produktu (PLM) i prowadzeniem projektów w fazach od definicji wymagań do wdrożenia na produkcję,
  • skutecznie przewidujesz ryzyka, potrafisz je ocenić i zaplanować ich mitygacje,
  • efektywnie komunikujesz się na wszystkich poziomach organizacji w środowisku wielokulturowym,
  • jesteś gotowy/a na współpracę z międzynarodowym zespołem,
  • komunikacja w języku angielskim nie sprawia Ci problemu (poziom B2/C1).

Świetnie, jeśli dodatkowo:

  • posiadasz wykształcenie techniczne i pasję do technologii,
  • jesteś certyfikowanym Scrum Masterem i/lub Project Managerem,
  • posiadasz certyfikat Green Belt Six Sigma lub ukończyłeś/aś szkolenie w tym zakresie.

Jako Project Manager będziesz odpowiadać za:

  • zarządzenie i prowadzenie projektów zgodnie z modelem Agile lub Waterfall na wszystkich etapach (od momentu planowania, przez realizację, do finalizacji),
  • planowanie i nadzorowanie budżetu,
  • budowanie zespołów poprzez udział w procesach rekrutacyjnych, spotkaniach feedbackowych oraz stanowiąc wsparcie w ich codziennym funkcjonowaniu,
  • organizację i prowadzenie spotkań projektowych,
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji partnerskich z zespołami projektowymi i klientami poprzez udział w warsztatach i spotkaniach zespołowych, spotkaniach z klientem, zarówno online, jak i w siedzibie klienta (sporadyczne, zagraniczne podróże służbowe),
  • tworzenie business case'ów i merytoryczne wsparcie działu sprzedaży w pozyskiwaniu nowych projektów.
