  • Współpraca z agencjami zewnętrznymi przy realizacji projektów trade marketingowych
  • Nadzór nad realizacją kampanii promocyjnych i akcji handlowych
  • Analiza wyników sprzedaży i efektywności prowadzonych działań
  • Optymalizacja strategii Trade Marketingu na podstawie uzyskanych danych
  • Współpraca z Działem Marketingu przy tworzeniu i realizacji strategii marketingowych
  • Zapewnienie spójności działań Trade Marketingu z ogólną strategią firmy
  • Przekazywanie informacji o wynikach Trade Marketingu do Działu Marketingu
  • Dbanie o realizację strategii firmy w kanałach sprzedaży dla powierzonych marki
  • Współpraca z Działem Sprzedaży w zakresie realizacji strategii
  • Monitorowanie konkurencji i trendów rynkowych
  • Opracowywanie rekomendacji dotyczących rozwoju powierzonych marek.
Brand Activation Manager|Brand Activation Manager
  • Minimum 3-4 letnie doświadczenie w dziale trade marketingu/marketingu w kategorii FMCG
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, kierunkowe (np. marketing, zarządzanie
  • Umiejętność tworzenia i realizacji strategii trade marketingowej dla poszczególnych marek i kanałów sprzedaży
  • Umiejętność zarządzania budżetem i negocjacji
  • Dobra znajomość narzędzi analitycznych
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji
  • Język polski na poziomie biegłym, język angielski na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji jest niezbędnym do efektywnej współpracy z innymi zespołami i centralą firmy (min. B2/C1)
  • Wiedza z zakresu strategicznego zarządzania markami oraz współpracy z sieciami handlowymi będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Gotowość do częstych podróży służbowych - wizyt w rynku wspólnie z zespołem sprzedaży
  • Możliwość udziału w ciekawych projektach prowadzonych przez firmę
  • Perspektywy rozwoju w strukturach lokalnych oraz międzynarodowych
  • Atrakcyjne warunki współpracy (wynagrodzenie, system premiowy)
  • Niezbędne narzędzia pracy min. auto służbowe
