Step into the realm of VOD innovation with us We specialize in crafting VOD solutions and have exciting projects lined up. We're seeking a skilled Lead UX/UI Designer, excited to collaborate closely and guide our UX/UI team.

We expect:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • Leadership experience, enabling the maintenance of high morale, motivation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Excellent proficiency in Figma
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe CC.
  • Experience in designing web, mobile, TV applications (preferred), and RWD-based websites.
  • Ability to integrate client vision, business needs, and user requirements to create practical solutions.
  • Experience in conducting UX tests and research, organizing workshops, analyzing data, and iterative improvement.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining coherence and high quality.
  • Ability to implement both new projects from scratch and join existing projects, ensuring continuity and function optimization
  • Proficient English language communication skills
  • Availability to work full-time from our Warsaw office

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small two-person team (coordinating the work of the design team and mentoring, evaluating performance, and employee development).
  • Project planning (creating plans, schedules, and budgets, preparing estimates and proposals).
  • Implementation of UI/UX projects (UI/UX design, participation in client meetings and workshops, identification and tracking of technological trends, initiation of improvements welcomed).
  • Communication (reporting progress and representing the team, maintaining constant communication with team members and other stakeholders, including clients, ensuring smooth flow of information and consistency in achieving project goals).
  • Business activities, such as acquiring new clients.
