By contributing to the initiatives of Sii's esteemed client, you will have the opportunity to grow in areas such as R&D, clinical trials, global services, data science, data engineering, and IT/OT.

As the Scrum Master, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the entire lifecycle of Content Orchestration and Social Media Management products.

Your role includes:

  • Guiding the Content Orchestration team as the Scrum Master, promoting Agile methodologies and encouraging continuous enhancement
  • Coordinating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and workshops
  • Ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver high-quality content promptly
  • Building an environment of transparency, trust, and accountability
  • Working closely with various teams to define requirements, formulate project strategies, and ensure successful execution
  • Tracking project advancement, recognizing risks, and applying necessary solutions
  • Maintaining open communication and solid relationships with stakeholders
  • Developing and executing a change management and adoption strategy

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
  • Experience as a Scrum Master in at least three IT projects
  • Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficient in team organization, with hands-on experience in tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous involvement as a Project Manager, Change Manager, Product Owner, or technical background is a plus
