In other companies, team leaders often sit next to new employees for weeks to train them well.


Links to tools and checklists are sent back and forth between each other via Slack instead of employees being able to access them centrally.

An intranet may exist, but it's stuck in 1990.

Training materials may be available as PDFs or incomprehensible and vague videos, but they are not really helpful.
