At Belmont Lavan Ltd, we are seeking a versatile IT Analyst with a hybrid skillset to join our team. As an IT Analyst - Hybrid, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to IT systems analysis, support, and project management. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas of improvement and optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to IT systems
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and user manuals
  • Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new IT technologies, software, and hardware
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on IT systems and processes
  • Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in IT to ensure the company's IT systems are up to date and aligned with best practices

The ideal candidate for this role should have a diverse skillset combining technical expertise with business knowledge. They should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Previous experience in IT systems analysis, support, and project management, along with hybrid skills, is preferred.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of IT Analyst - Hybrid at Belmont Lavan Ltd, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT systems analysis, support, and project management
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software
  • Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and scripting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with business analysis and process improvement
  • Hybrid skillset combining technical expertise with business knowledge
