- kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami wdrożeniowymi systemów informatycznych w obszarze logistyki magazynowej
- kierowanie dedykowanym zespołem projektowym
- udział w procesie definiowania oraz analiza wymagań
- tworzenie harmonogramów i budżetu projektu
- planowanie, monitorowanie i raportowanie postępów prac
- zarządzanie zmianą i ryzykiem w obrębie prowadzonych projektów
- motywowanie oraz usprawnianie komunikacji w zespole
- minimum 5 lat doświadczenie w zarządzaniu złożonymi projektami IT o budżecie powyżej 1 mln złotych w obszarze produkcji lub logistyki
- doświadczenie w budowaniu i zarządzaniu relacją z dużym klientem biznesowym
- umiejętność precyzyjnego planowania, doświadczenie w szacowaniu czaso- i kosztochłonności zadań
- doświadczenie w motywowaniu i prowadzeniu dużych zespołów projektowych
- znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
- Ciekawe projekty realizowane dla dużych, zadowolonych klientów (m. in. LPP S. A. , Volkswagen, Audi, Airbus, Enea, PERN, MPK Poznań),
- Możliwość tworzenia i rozwijania autorskich produktów PSI (jesteśmy w pierwszej 10. najlepszych światowych systemów WMS),
- Pracę w zespole specjalistów z wieloletnim stażem, którzy chętnie dzielą się wiedzą,
