What we are looking for An excellent communicator - able to communicate technical information succinctly and meaningfully to non-technical colleagues and clientsA self-starter, comfortable working autonomously when needed and being proactive in getting information to move work along when needed
Experience in mentoring other team members
Solid development and data science skills
Proficiency in Python with PyTorch or Tensorflow, Pandas, NumPy
Experience in building services using Flask, or similar server-side frameworks.
A strong understanding of Docker and one of Azure / AWS / GCP cloud technologies.
Rapid prototyping skills
Algorithmic and heuristic problem-solving skills
Knowledge of semantic data models in different domains would be beneficial
Fluent in spoken and written English
Bonus points, if you have NLP knowledge
Knowledge of Computer Vision problems
Experience with tools and paradigms like: CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JIRA, MLflow, ClearML, Amazon SageMaker
Experience with Transformers Architecture, LoRA, QLoRA or other PEFT techniques
