Data Scientist w CRM (Modelowanie & Analizy)


Obowiązki

  • Budowę i rozwój nowego środowiska CRM w drugim największym Banku w Polsce
  • Tworzenie modeli Deep Learning i Machine Learning w oparciu o wymagania biznesowe oraz dostępne dane PtB, segmentacyjne, klasyfikacyjne, NLP)
  • Monitorowanie oraz optymalizację istniejących modeli
  • Analizy z wykorzystaniem zaawansowanych metod statystycznych, a także przedstawianie spostrzeżeń i wniosków oraz propozycje rekomendacji działań
  • Budowę ścieżek zachowań Klientów oraz detekcję nietypowych zdarzeń
  • Wzbogacenie danych bankowych danymi z zewnątrz
  • Pracę w zespole agile

Wymagania

  • Masz wykształcenie wyższe (matematyka, metody ilościowe, ekonometria, informatyka, fizyka)
  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w budowie modeli ML
  • Znasz Python lub R, SAS
  • Potrafisz pracować na dużych wolumenach danych
  • Twoją mocną stroną są zaangażowanie, dobra organizacja pracy, kreatywność w wyszukiwaniu rozwiązań problemów biznesowych, a także umiejętność wyciągania wniosków
  • Jesteś otwarty/a na zmiany i chętnie wprowadzasz nowe rozwiązania/technologie do swojej pracy
