As a Chief Data Office - Data Risk Management Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team (FFBA), you'll be part of a top-performing group of data management experts focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our stakeholders in Corporate Finance & Treasury /Chief Investment Office (T/CIO) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data.

You'll be working within the FFBA team responsible for overseeing significant data, infrastructure, and business process changes, as well as the Chief Data Office for Finance and Treasury Chief Investment Office (TCIO). The team offers centralized program management, business analysis support, targeted program governance, and consistent application of program management standards, with a specific focus on managing the Data Acquisition framework for strategic and legacy Finance, TCIO, and Wholesale Credit Risk platforms.

The Corporate Finance & Treasury/Chief Investment Office (CIO) Chief Data Office (CDO) ensures the provision of relevant data for Corporate Finance & T/CIO and upholds data governance and policy in line with Firmwide Data Risk Management standards and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Firmwide Data Assurance Team to assist in delivering various data capabilities, including data risk management
  • Support the Finance & T/CIO Chief Data Office (CDO) leadership team in preparing for different Data Risk Management Forums by creating BAU and Program-related data risk management metrics
  • Engage in Firmwide Data Risk Management initiatives like forums and working groups to ensure compliance with Firmwide Policy, Standard, and Guidelines
  • Assist in implementing Data Risk Management capabilities in Corporate Finance and Treasury/CIO sectors
  • Partner with Firmwide Data Assurance, other Line of Business/Corporate Function Chief Data Offices, and business stakeholders (Data Owners)
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to facilitate the implementation of data-related laws, rules, and regulations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Risk Management or relevant Data Governance/Data Management roles
  • 5+ years of corporate experience in an international, multi-cultural setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building
  • Change management expertise to navigate changing environments
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to develop Operating Models, Processes, and Job Aids aimed at identifying and mitigating data risks
  • Experience in creating concise content in collaboration tools like Confluence
