Senior Analyst with Qualtrics

We are inviting candidates with a passion for data to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will involve performing analytical tasks within projects focused on understanding and improving our clients' employee engagement initiatives.

You will support the implementation of employee-centric initiatives for a wide range of clients globally, collaborating with other analysts in Poland and India, as well as consultants and project managers from around the world.

We will count on you to:

  • Cooperating with Consultants, Clients and team members to deliver high quality Employee Engagement products
  • Setting-up and testing online questionnaires in multiple foreign languages in Qualtrics and other Mercer's tools; Preparing and maintaining high quality reports
  • Coordinating distribution of surveys (setting up invitation emails and reminders in multiple languages, making sure that system is set-up correctly)
  • Working extensively with Excel, performing various data operations on large data sets (data cleaning, preparing additional calculations in Excel etc.)
  • Monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure that they are kept on schedule

What you need to have:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or / and preparing statistical reports
  • University degree, preferably faculty of quantitative statistics / sociology
  • Experience in working with Qualtrics (particularly with EX module)
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • "Can do" attitude and ability to resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional way
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Full availability (Monday-Friday, flexible working hours from 8:00-10:00 to 16:00-18:00)
