Job Description:

• Responsible for Tableau server administration tasks such as upgrading versions and application migration
• Manage incidents and troubleshoot end-user requests
• Communicate with end-users and business stakeholders
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tableau Server on Windows systems
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Create and manage site users, groups, projects, and workbooks
• Develop documentation related to Tableau system architecture and processes
• Implement security best practices and conduct user interactive sessions
• Experience in leading/supporting Tableau Server and Tableau Clients deployment, routine maintenance, and upgrades
• Knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, AWS, and network communications
• Experience with Terraform scripts, CD pipelines with Gitlab, ITSM, and software testing
