Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Create and organize tickets in alignment with our product roadmap, ensuring clear and concise descriptions for development tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient product development.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capacity of the development team.
  • Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team, incorporating feedback into the development process.
  • Testing: Ensure the highest quality of our platform by conducting thorough QA sessions.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, product operations and/or business operations
  • English proficiency of level B1 or higher.
  • EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
  • Willing to work on-site in Wrocław
Compensation as a Product Backlog Manager

Approximate Salary: PLN – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN – gross/month – Permanentemployment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also be eligible for incentives, in the form of monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing and or long-term cash awards.

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, product operations and/or business operations
  • 2+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams

  • Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize the most impactful actions for the organization even in ambiguous situations
