Senior Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute all digital B2B marketing projects and activities for C&F, including content creation, SEO, Ads, email marketing, social media, event for AdaptiveGRC
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns for AdaptiveGRC
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Work with BL Leaders and Commercial Team to design and execute paid campaigns for AdaptiveGRC to develop sales pitch and key messaging
  • Enhance AdaptiveGRC SMEs brand awareness through content marketing and PR
  • Support all processes with CRM functions and automations
  • Ongoing communication with marketing leads at the beginning of the funnel for MQL qualification or first meeting
  • AdaptiveGRC newsletter - maintenance, coordination of content with marketing team, process setup
  • Preparation of materials for communication with potential clients (marketing campaigns, prospecting, follow ups, etc.) - working with CRM, LinkedIn and other supporting tools
  • Prepare and update marketing and sales support materials, i.e. flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.
  • Support (and implementation) of special projects, i.e. market research, participation in industry conferences, implementation of agreements with industry or media partners
  • Support for the preparation and conduct of webinars and multimedia materials
  • Close cooperation with the marketing team

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of marketing
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Copywriting skills focusing on value proposition and customer benefits
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results of digital and PR activities
