Responsibilities:

  • Performing database server installations, administration, performance monitoring, and SQL tuning tasks.
  • Monitoring and resolving system health issues through various tools and performance optimization techniques.
  • Installing, upgrading, and managing enterprise applications on-premise and in the Cloud.
  • Identifying and responding to IT system events proactively.
  • Cooperating with Incident Management during critical events.
  • Implementing IT system changes and providing support to technical teams.
  • Preparing guides and documentation and collaborating with IT teams.

Requirements-expected:

  • +2 years of experience with MS SQL Server, including installation and configuration.
  • Previous experience with 3rd party software vendors.
  • Knowledge of servers and virtual environments like Hyper-V, VMWare.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and remediation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise databases and experience with PaaS development.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end tasks and projects.
  • University graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
