Your role is pivotal in managing and distributing crucial reference data, fostering direct collaboration with internal stakeholders. Be a part of our forward-thinking pod as we strategize long-term solutions, including cloud migration and seamless integration with reference data masters. As an IT Product Manager , you'll shape functional and non-functional requirements, driving impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs and preferences, leveraging data and analytics for actionable insights Product Enhancement: Drive innovation and business growth by developing and implementing product features and solutions that enhance client experience Agile Transformation: Champion agile principles and methodologies to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adaptability within the organization Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term strategy, defining product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives aligned with business objectives Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate direct interaction with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment for successful product deliveryRequirements
Overall, 2 to 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or a Business Analyst in technology product Delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) Ability to break business or technical problems into bite-sized user stories that can be mapped to a technology platform solution Delivery of complex technology products to clients, ideally within the financial services industry Experience in financial reference data Client and Book static would be beneficial Experience in product lifecycle management- creating a product backlog, feature management, etc Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical experience with software or tools such as GitLab, SharePoint, SQL Microsoft Azure cloud fundamentals knowledge is desirableWe offer
