Overview

Client Billing Administrator role within Cash Cycle Department is a role directly connected with ensuring external clients receive invoices for services rendered. The team supports UK Health Consultants by providing administrative and financial expertise in setting up and maintaining client agreements, revenue recognition, and billing.

What the day entails

  • Analyzing client agreements and financial documents provided by UK Consultants to ensure accurate contract setup and revenue recognition
  • Requesting revenue recognition from the Finance India Team
  • Analyzing Billing Decision Reports and approving invoices
  • Handling credits and rebills for previously issued invoices
  • Collaborating with UK and India Finance Teams to facilitate effective information transfer
  • Addressing daily financial queries from UK Consultants
  • Completing tasks within the monthly schedule to meet financial deadlines

Skills and experience for success

  • English proficiency at level C1
  • Expertise in analyzing finance data/documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork aptitudes
  • Capability to work effectively during month-end closures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on workload (particularly during two peak months annually)
  • Keenness to acquire and expand knowledge in the finance field
  • Prior experience in a finance or technical setting (e.g., accounting, financial analysis) would be advantageous
