While headquarters is located in the New York Metropolitan area, our Polish office
has grown to over 45 employees, many working remotely, who cooperate with
colleagues from other countries like Pakistan, South Africa, Thailand, Philippines,

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Technical Product Manager
(TPM) to help us scale the reach of our browser extension, and coordinate new
feature development.
Your role will include developing reports to help analyze new revenue opportunities,
setting and managing clear quarterly targets for the team, and leading new product
initiatives.
You should be willing and flexible enough to work across multiple time zones (USA /
Poland / Pakistan), as this is a remote, distributed team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Product management and feature development
    Combine feedback and data in order to pitch and execute impactful new initiatives
    that support revenue growth, and deliver an improved experience to our users.
  • Scaling supported stores
    Lead the expansion of our extension to support thousands of additional international
    sites, focusing on building systems to efficiently integrate our extension into many
    more shopping sites that unlock business value first.
  • Develop a data-driven strategy
    Use analytical tools like Sigma to interpret data, build reports, identify new
    opportunities, and measure performance of our efforts to scale shopping site
    integrations.
  • Target setting and management
    Define and implement clear, data-backed performance targets, and build ways for
    the teams to measure progress towards those targets focused around extension
    scaling and site coverage.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    Partner with product, engineering, analytics, business, and partnerships teams to
    help inform the product roadmap and drive the development of new features and
    tools that support your team's needs

A typical day might include

  • Attending a dev team retro and planning meeting
  • Drafting a product brief
  • Building a dashboard in Sigma to analyze product metrics
  • Planning OKR's
  • Attending a 1:1 call with our Extension PM based in Hawaii
Tools & Technologies
  • Sigma (or other equivalent analytics tool)
  • Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Figma / Sketch / Other design prototyping tool
Key skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Product Management Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a product management role in a consumer tech company, with a focus on web extensions or similar products.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools like
    Sigma and Python. Experience in utilizing these tools for market analysis, user
    behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Scrum and Agile Experience: Solid background in managing products using the
    Scrum framework; PSPO I or II certification preferred.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Exceptional communication abilities
    complemented by a deep understanding of technical concepts related to web
    extensions.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Proven experience in using both qualitative and
    quantitative data for strategic product planning and execution.
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication in both Polish and English


Nice to have:

  • Experience in developing products according to the Scrum framework
  • certificate PSPO I or PSPO II
  • Prior experience working in the affiliate marketing, coupon, deal, or reward space
