Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee all production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to optimise supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide leadership and guidance to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of business growth and operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of trading principles, and supply chain management.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Analytic mindset, with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
