Subject Matter Expert - Cash Application Miejsce pracy: Grodzisk Mazowiecki Your responsibilities Process documentation and maintenance of the Standard operating procedures includes documenting the exceptions.

Monitor the queries and requests to the Accounts Receivable team mailbox on a regular basis throughout the day and support the team for critical incidents.

Work closely with the Credit analysts to address Cash on Account through prompt management of remittance advice and communication of significant values on key customer that are missing the appropriate back up.

Communicate with treasury and external banks on need basis.
Deliver all Internal/External/SOX Audit requirements as requested.
Review all closing documents and ensure accuracy of the receivables data prior to closing.
Perform AR closing activities & support to the team members.

Control over the correctness of the cash application process through monitoring Team postings if done as per SOP's and PED's.

Providing trainings and support to the new employees & the Team in challenging situations, finding solutions for different challenges.
Finding areas for improvement and automatization.
Supporting month/quarter/year closing activities and bank accounts reconciliation.

Involved in Special tasks like - preparing warranty files (quarterly), preparing FINCO charts (quarterly), control over the Finance (manual Invoice) Recharge process.

New system go-lives' – User access testing & preparing trainings for new SAP users + after going live support.

Migrations – knowledge capture, preparing process documentation (reference books, PEDs (Process Exception Document)), implementing existing procedures + creating new ones if needed, reporting errors and challenges to Dovile and IT Team (meetings + incidents in Solman).

Sharing the knowledge and best practices with the Team.
Our requirements Secondary education minimum.
2–3 years' experience at similar role like SME (with min. 2 years in Cash Application Team/processing).
English at advanced level – both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and communication skills and pro-active attitude.
Open to communicate with stakeholders and different team members.
Ready to accept new challenges in process with open mind to change management.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment.
Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy with attention to the details.
Familiarity with accounting practices.
Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude, SAP knowledge is must.
