Senior OPEX Specialist

For our manufacturing site inBielsko-Biala, we are looking for an experiencedSenior OPEX Specialist.

Main tasks:

• Taking initiatives to optimize processes, and improve quality, productivity and working conditions
• Work with the technologist on technology trials
• Ongoing analysis of production processes in terms of productivity and efficiency and opportunities for performance improvement
• Informing the Director and Quality Manager of any irregularities in the production process
• Operating the RB Point portal (inputting savings data)
• Liaise with Health, Safety and Environment to identify and implement improvement actions
• Attend OEE meetings, analyze OEE results
• Organize and participate in "gemba walks"
• Monitor the timeliness and quality of the KPI report
• Planning 5 S audits, supervising their implementation
• Create and update cleaning plans
• Monitoring the completeness of KPI, 5 S, and Kaizen dashboards
• Analysis of KAIZEN conclusions

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in manufacturing or related field
• Experience as a production process optimization specialist
• Knowledge of lean management methods and tools and ability to apply them in practice (Six Sigma Green Belt certification is welcome)
• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal contact
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
• Knowledge of programs for data analysis and report generation, e.g. SAP, MS Excel
• Ability to creatively solve problems and take initiative in pursuit of continuous improvement of production processes
• Ability to analyze production data and develop reports and recommendations for optimizing production processes
