Challenges and objectives you'll tackle:

• Designing & Developing BI solutions,
• Grokking business user requirements,
• Comprehending technical requirements and data models,
• Close collaboration with the BI Team (designers, devs, admins) in SCRUM,
• Engaging with business partners across Europe,
• Opportunity to upskill in Backend (Oracle, SAS).

Essential hard skills:

• Experience with MicroStrategy as Developer or Architect,
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL,
• Familiarity with Dossier,
• Background in schema design,
• Understanding of MicroStrategy toolset (Developer, Integrity Manager, Object Manager, Work Station),
• MicroStrategy certification.

Key soft skills required:

• Robust analytical skills (for implementing new features & dissecting issues),
• Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities (juggling different tasks and adapting focus swiftly as needed),
• Proficient English communication skills are essential,
• BS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent significant experience.
