The role requires a finance professional with experience in AR Accounting, preferably in GBS or shared services organizations, demonstrating strong operational finance skills in Invoicing and Revenue Recognition processes, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Payment processing and reconciliation
    • Bank report uploads for invoice and payment matching
    • Monitoring unapplied cash receipts and resolving discrepancies
    • Revenue recognition for projects based on Incoterms
    • Generating invoices and credit notes
    • Dispatching invoices on time and maintaining payment cycles
    • Processing customer debit notes
    • Settling customer advances
