Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of Group Financial Reports to Eurofins Leaders.
  • Review, analyze, and provide explanations on significant deviations in the financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain the Group Financial Reporting tool (Cognos TM1).
  • Analyze internal reporting requirements and collaborate with the Development Team.
  • Maintain financial data and reporting templates for Group Financial Reports.
  • Train finance users on reporting tools.
  • Support local Finance Teams in reporting processes.

Other responsibilities:

  • Improve Financial Reporting activities and procedures for better decision-making.
  • Provide support to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate on migration of reporting processes to Cognos TM1/BI.
  • Assist Team Leader in organizing team's work.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in controlling/financial analysis.
  • VBA knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Structured, organized, accurate, and reliable.
  • High energy, drive, and passion.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Experience with Financial Reporting tools.

Education:

  • Master's degree in finance/Accounting or equivalent.
