For one of our Clients, an international Company, we are looking for an experienced AP Accountant with English

Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of invoices settled with suppliers in SAP and other ERP systems
  • Reconciling supplier lists, finding and removing discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot blocked invoices
  • Providing required documentation and supporting internal controls and audits
  • Monthly analysis and resolution of any issues with accounts
  • Participating in meetings with suppliers
  • Supporting other team members

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in AP
  • Experience processing invoices in the system
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP program
  • Higher education (preferred financial fields)
