Senior Manager, Product and Engineering – Merchant Experience (One Fulfillment)

In the Merchant Experience area, we comprehensively handle processes concerning our sellers. Our domains and initiatives directly impact Allegro's financial results as well as the success and satisfaction of our merchants. One of important investments in Merchant Experience is One Fulfillment by Allegro, a service comprising comprehensive logistic management for e-commerce. One Fulfillment by Allegro is a set of tools, processes and solutions that allow merchants to send products to the Allegro Warehouse, as well as those responsible for handling the storage of goods, managing sellers' orders, handling returns, bounces, disposals and withdrawals.

As a Senior Manager, Product & Engineering of One Fulfillment, you will make sure the solutions for this domain from merchant, consumer and operations perspective are scalable, stable, failure-free and cost- efficient. Person in this position will work with a One Fulfillment 3 year plan and create one-stop-shop operational service for the Merchants and Brands, including end-to-end warehousing and logistics, CX support, with bundling, inserting, labeling, invoicing across the CEE region. Thanks to this solution merchants will have an opportunity to scale their business locally and internationally without the need for significant infrastructure investments, offering seamless customer experience across the region as well as across sales channels.

What does this role involve

You will lead the people (Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Software Engineers) and domain developments product and tech wise.

You will foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and engagement among tech and product.

You will ensure proper growth of initiatives and uphold exceptional levels of technology mastery

You will conduct ongoing analysis of tech quality / trends and user feedback to drive correct technical development strategies.

You will be responsible for continuous improvement in the technology area and team capability/ability to deliver value in time and budget

You will proactively tackle potential technical or resource limitations that might emerge during execution

You will manage budget and make forecasts for One Fulfillment tech and product metrics, product business performance management, managing resources allocation and executing a recruitment plan

You will ensure One Fulfillment efficient cross-product development

You will be responsible for crucial One Fulfillment KPIs, Defining products and technology development roadmap to meet merchant and customer needs.

You are accountable for delivering remarkable customer and merchant solutions for One Fulfillment and choosing the best course of action to achieve them fast and at the right level of quality and scalability.

You have a 5+ experience in leading product and engineering teams

You are a leader who can engage and motivate the team

You have an ability to think strategically

You have excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills

You have good written and spoken English skills
