  • Lead end-to-end projects in the new transformation roadmap and help establish a streamlined PMO organization
  • Monitor project progress to identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
  • Guide a team to achieve project goals within set timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Engage with internal and external partners to deliver impactful project outcomes

Your future team

The Project Management Office is part of the Process Excellence & Transformation Team at Lundbeck GBS. It focuses on cultivating a PMO culture and implementing system and process transformation initiatives to support the company's long-term strategy. The Project Management Team collaborates closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to drive successful implementations.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
  • Must have C1 level English proficiency
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Additional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM are advantageous
