Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java+React) to work on a large-scale logistics project.

The customer is among the world's top 20 carriers. It has a network of 170 offices in more than 100 countries, with a fleet of 70 ships, serving more than 180 ports worldwide. The company's clients include major Fortune 500 companies such as Staples, Unilever, Nestle, Procter and Gamble, Target, Wayfair and others.

The project is the development of logistics products for internal and external clients of the company (logistics applications, cargo tracking, order processing).

Technology stack: Java, Spring, React, MS SQL, Spring Boot/Cloud, Jenkins, Kubernetes, TAP, Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kotlin.

Responsibilities
  • Hand-on full stack development of innovative applications.
  • Owning the entire development cycle, including design, architecture, development, and DevOps.
  • Working in XP with Remote pairing.
  • Accountability for the coding standards implementation.
  • Developing and deploying in Container based environments.
  • Developing new functionality for the application.
  • Writing tests and documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience with Java and Spring technologies for 4+ years.
  • Experience with Functional Programming and Java Streams.
  • Experience working with TDD/BDD methodologies using the following frameworks: Junit, Jasmin, Mockito, Protractor/Selenium.
  • Experience in microservices architecture and tools (Spring Boot/Cloud).
  • Experience in DevOps deployment and Jenkins.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud/hybrid solutions.
  • Familiarity with design concepts such as microservices, service discovery, and load balancing.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of setting priorities and planning complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to easily switch between different tasks and technologies.
  • Experience evaluating a wide range of information solutions and products.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, Ryanair, Mercedes, TUI, Verivox, Allianz, T-Systems, etc..
