An amazing opportunity is available for a Logistics Intern. Joining the Logistics Team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely, precise, and efficient reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Preparation: Assist in gathering data from various sources, including internal databases and ERP systems. Clean and organize data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct basic statistical analyses, generate reports, identify logistics data trends, patterns, and anomalies, and utilize data visualization tools to create visuals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Help in creating reports and presentations for management, and document data analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Supporting Logistics Operations: Collaborate with the logistics team to comprehend operational obstacles and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in logistics projects, conduct research, and provide support for project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Preferably students in Finance and Accounting or Logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively on a global scale.
  • Fluency in English (min B2 level).
