What the day will look like
  • Preparing reinsurance proposals and presentations (numerical and visual)
  • Drafting reinsurance wordings
  • Administrating existing contracts in the internal system
  • Cooperating with various international teams across the organization (actuarial, catastrophe modelling, accounting)
  • Supporting brokers in their everyday business activities

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • University degree - fresh graduates are welcome (experience in the financial sector is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Polish language
  • Attention to details, analytic skills, numerical thinking
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team
  • Be quick at learning, positive approach to work, stress resistance
  • Professional behavior
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
