AIOps Engineer

Join our team as an IS Monitoring Engineer. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the visibility of our client production systems. Your responsibilities will include combining, standardizing, refining, and linking monitoring events from various infrastructure, network, and application monitoring tools to improve system observability.

Your role Maintain and enhance the global Event Management Platform and its integrations Improve automatic incident generation for better operational team support, reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) Ensure event management service meets agreed service levels Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimize the platform Adhere to ABB's Global Policies and Standards for Monitoring & Event Management Propose and implement automation solutions in collaboration with stakeholders Your skills Over 5 years of experience in event management and monitoring, specifically with AIOps platforms Proficient in Events, Metrics, and End-to-End monitoring tools in a distributed environment Experience with tools like Moogsoft AIOps, Grafana, Science Logic, Dynatrace, SevOne, and Elastic. VMware and Cloud experience is advantageous Strong customer focus and ability to work independently Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's Degree preferred Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash Fluent in English, both spoken and written
