At Eram Talent, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring top-notch service, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the opening of the restaurant/outlet, implementing company policies and procedures efficiently.
  • Achieve objectives through proper planning, organizing staff, managing inventory, controlling costs, and maximizing sales and profits.
  • Support the Brand Manager/Operation Manager in creating the store's annual plan and budget.
  • Provide senior management with essential data on store sales and performance for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Brand policies, governmental laws, and regulations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of cooking methods for quality control.
  • Encourage frontline teams to enhance their food knowledge for better customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to maintain our commitment to fresh, nutritious food and friendly service.
  • Motivate the team to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Train front of house teams to adapt service styles to meet individual customer needs.
  • Handle customer queries/complaints positively and utilize them for improvement.
  • Stay composed during busy shifts, ensuring team focus and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team and restaurant operations proactively to address issues before they escalate.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in restaurant management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant functions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Legislation, Quality Standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
