**Solution Designer at DB Schenker**
  • You proactively set impulses and meet business ambitions by gathering information and elaborating needs in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • You support, analyze, and test the required specifications for correctness and usability while brainstorming alternative solutions.
  • You closely align and collaborate with the Business Unit Land Transport, Application Management, and Solution Architects to enhance your colleague's day-to-day work.
  • You monitor the success of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • You take responsibility for your actions, create your daily agenda, and develop solutions to meet demand.
  • You support test activities such as Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and assist end users in User Acceptance Testing.
  • You provide input for training material, coordinate, and conduct expert training in collaboration with the training team.
  • You configure applications based on country-specific needs, manage data migration, and plan and execute cut-over activities for ECO rollouts as part of your role.
  • You work in a young, international, cross-functional, and distributed team, applying the latest methods of agile working.

**Requirements**
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields, or have equivalent education and experience in logistics.
  • With multiple years of experience in logistics, Business Analysis, or IT Demand Management, you bring valuable expertise to the role.
  • Your technical understanding in large IT environments enables you to navigate complex systems.
  • Your experience in agile organizations, DevOps environments, and continuous integration setups helps you thrive in dynamic settings.
  • Possessing strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel demonstrate your dedication to driving global impact and fostering relationships.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional knowledge of German and/or Polish or any other European language being beneficial for this role.
  • You are highly motivated, curious, and dedicated to gathering and consolidating information to continuously improve the business.
