Kraków Your responsibilities

Project Controlling:
Oversight that Projects and Project Groups enables an effective Business Controlling for R&D Critical Care, Make sure that project view is in line with financial view (reflected in financial tool – SAP), Support costs monitoring (assure cost accuracy)
Support Business Controller with analysis on actual cost for OPEX and Capex projects
Prepare Cost Center actual reports
Support in forecast models for R&D Critical Care
Support in calculations regarding captalization of R&D projects
Serve as a point of contact regarding R&D Critical Care for inquiries from finance teams and departments across the organization
Participate in financial meetings regarding R&D Critical Care
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reporting
Identify potential process improvements and develop controlling reports
Participate in projects and ad-hoc activities as needed
Troubleshoot various financial reports as needed to ensure validity and accuracy
Work on other tasks as assigned
Our requirements Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Business Economics or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
A minimum of 4 years in Finance with background in Financial Controlling and analysis (preferably in a manufacturing area)
Advanced orientation in financial IT-systems – Experience from SAP (FICO and Project Module) is a merit.
Ability to work in global environment, with proven oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
Outstanding analytical skills combined with a strong practical understanding
Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
Proven experience in analyzing data and preparing reports
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Willingness to acquire deep business insight
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint

We collect, interpret and evaluate financial information, business information both actual data and also financial forecasts. Our team focuses on modern solutions. In our department, we combine controlling functions with technical roles (Business Intelligence).
