Fraud Analyst

About the role: Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring transactions in EMEA regions against any money-related risks in order to keep high-level of security for every part of transactions.

Responsibilites:

Monitoring of web shop's transactions to detect suspicious fraud activity; Basic analysis of web shops to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity; Monitoring of external security alerts - preliminary analysis and mitigating actions; Cooperation with Banks, Settlement Agents, web shops in the field of transaction security; Working on reports to detect activity and determine fraud patterns; Preparation of reports for detected suspicious or fraudulent activity; Implementation of tasks ordered by the manager.

What are we looking for?

Knowledge of payment methods; Interest in the e-commerce market; Knowledge of mechanisms of conducting e-commerce transactions; Knowledge about fraud patterns related to e-commerce transactions; Openness to work in shifts also during weekends and holidays (18/7/365); Advanced level on English and fluent Polish; Experience in working with MS Excel.
