What do you have to offer?

  • At least 5 years of experience in .NET development in complex software environments
  • Knowledge of patterns, data structures, templates and multithreaded programming
  • Knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as EntityFramework, Autofac, ASP.NET, NServiceBus
  • Experience with relational databases like DB2, MS SQL
  • Understanding of tracking and versioning systems such as TFS
  • You hold a degree in IT or have proven skills worthy to the degree

And you will get bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Continuous integration, app build and delivery systems, such as Azure DevOps
  • Development using Visual Studio
  • Scripting (SQL, cmd)
  • Angular
  • Payroll software or affinity with the payroll domain

Join our vibrant hybrid team We collaborate seamlessly across locations in Belgium (Antwerp), Poland (Katowice) and Mauritius (Ebene). English is our "lingua franca." As a team member, you will often find yourself immersed in English during remote meetings, user stories and documents.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Design and develop user stories to build applications, APIs
  • Enhance, maintain and refactor applications, APIs in .NET
  • Troubleshoot, debug, develop and deploy updates and fixes
  • Cooperate closely with business consultants, product owner and your fellow squad members to understand requirements
  • Assist user acceptance testing and deployments from UAT to PRD

As a valued member of our self-organizing squad, your responsibilities will soon extend beyond the core tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of additional duties aligned with your interests, skills, and aspirations. But fear not - this challenge will not be faced alone.
