Hello,

Currently, for one of my clients an international company engaged in the manufacture and sale of refrigeration equipment and refrigeration and air conditioning components. I am conducting a project for the position of:

Regional Sales Manager D.A.CH - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry

Place of Work: Flexible: Wrocław, Katowice, Warszawa, Kraków, Gdańsk, Białystok

Type of contract: UoP or B2B

Responsibilities:

You will mainly work with mid-sized OEM companies in south Germany, Austria and Switzerland - reporting directly to the Sales Director;

Actively acquire new Clients (identify and build business relationships with Client-side decision makers: C-level Managers)

Participating in events industry and active relationship building;

Creating inquiries and building long-term relationships with customers;

Cooperation with distributors;

Contract management - processing orders and contracts, identifying potential customers based on defined strategy;

Track and report sales effort in CRM system;

Share responsibility for the sales performance of the team;

Conducting competitive analysis in the market.

Expectations:

Secondary technical education or higher technical education, preferable in refrigeration, air conditioning, energy;

Trip abroad about 60/40 remote and overseas which reguires openness to this style of work;

Fluency in English B2 and German C1 - level communication also with headquarters in Spain;

Proficiency in MS Office package - excel;

Independence, very good work organization and responsibility;

Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, heating industry will be an advantage;

It will be an asset: Familiarity with Navision (ERP) and/or Hubspot (CRM)
