Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Prepare Corporate overhead forecasts for all planning cycles
  • Consolidate business unit overhead submissions and conduct actuals/forecast reporting
  • Offer overhead variance analysis for actuals vs. forecast/budget/previous year as well as between planning cycles
  • Handle Ad Hoc analysis and financial data requests as necessary, deriving valuable insights
  • Uphold high standards of accountability to deliver top-notch financial information promptly to business FP&A
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business partner FP&A teams to facilitate the exchange of information and expertise
  • Assist in creating systems, tools, and procedures to enhance efficient and precise forecasting and analysis
  • Lead process simplification endeavors. Collaborate across borders and exchange best practices with other FP&A teams
  • Engage in meetings with business finance collaborators to grasp forecast drivers and present prepared forecast and analysis data
Qualifications & Experience...
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in forecasting and analysis
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
  • Advanced skills in excel and other data analysis methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling
  • Analytical thinker and adept problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of framing issues, articulating discoveries, and proposing optimal solutions
  • Established ability to instill confidence and trust among team members and external business partners
  • Experience in accurately and efficiently handling substantial data volumes within tight deadlines
  • Thrives in a challenging, high-energy environment
  • Sound understanding of financial software tools and Microsoft Office suite
