Your Role

  • Collaborate with designers and artists to smoothly integrate game mechanics, features, and visuals, showcasing your teamwork skills.
  • Lead the development process, ensuring the technical architecture is efficient and scalable.
  • Hands-on coding, debugging, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Identify and tackle technical risks, suggesting solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Elympics is a competitive web3 gaming protocol that focuses on enhancing security, user-friendliness, and sustainability in blockchain games. Our tech stack includes a server-authoritative multiplayer SDK, backend services for global game hosting, and seamless blockchain integration through simple smart contracts.

We leverage the latest Unity versions for creating sample games and tech displays, along with .NET microservices for Elympics Cloud.

We Seek Someone With

  • Over 2 years of experience in C#/Unity programming with strong knowledge of both Unity and C#.
  • Experience in developing multiplayer games.
  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
  • Solid grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and game development architecture.
  • Proficiency in Profiling/Debugging and Optimization (CPU, GPU, memory, and build size).
  • Ability to work on technical documentation.
  • Experience in enhancing solutions within Unity engine.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills within teams.
  • Capability to initiate projects from scratch.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in overcoming technical hurdles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless team collaboration.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other SDKs (e.g., Photon, Fusion, Coherence, Mirror, or Fish-net).
  • Experience in mobile platform development and web platforms.
  • Passion for gaming, user-centered design, and a focus on delivering exceptional player experiences.
