Job Purpose

Controlar y reducir al mínimo los riesgos de trabajo, utilizando un sistema de Seguridad, Higiene y Ambiente sustentado en procesos, procedimientos y mecanismos de comprobada factibilidad técnica y económica.
• Apoyar con las actividades en el desarrollo de auditorías internas de Seguridad, Higiene y Ambiente y realizar seguimiento de cierre de las acciones correctivas; así como la atención a las auditorías externas de Seguridad, Higiene y Ambiente realizadas por organismos o clientes externos. Asimismo, dictar las charlas de HSE de inducción de personal de nuevo ingreso como también personal contratista.
• Asegurar que todos los accidentes / incidentes / Near Miss / Condiciones Inseguras sean inmediatamente reportadas a través de los medios establecidos por la empresa ó por la normatividad Colombiana y ante los estamentos nacionales, administradoras de riesgos profesionales y ante las compañías operadoras.
• Orientar a todo el personal en la aplicación del Sistema HSE de la empresa, promoviendo la capacitación, concientización y participación de los trabajadores, en el manejo eficiente delos riesgos inherentes a los puestos de trabajo, utilizando para ellos las mejores prácticas, programas de HSE, con la finalidad de que el recurso humano de la organización internalice en todo momento una cultura preventiva de HSE, para asegurar la disminución de riesgos, condiciones o actos inseguros y en consecuencia la ocurrencia de accidentes.
• ejecutar las inspecciones periódicas a las áreas de trabajo, equipos de protección y extinción de incendios y unidades vehiculares, para detectar, reconocer, evaluar y controlar los riesgos ocupacionales, identificar actos y condiciones inseguras y de contaminación ambiental, corrigiendo las condiciones inseguras encontradas
• Velar por el funcionamiento del Comité paritario de Salud Ocupacional (COPASST) de la empresa, con el fin de asegurar el desarrollo de sus actividades.

Educación:


• Profesional Universitario Industrial, ambiental, Tecnico o tecnólogo en SST u carreras afines. Experiencia:
• 5 años de experiencia en Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Conocimientos:
• Leyes Nacionales relativas a la Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad Industrial y ambiente.
• Técnicas de evaluación de riesgos y prevención de accidentes en el trabajo.
• Estadísticos de Seguridad Industrial.
• Redacción de Informes Técnicos.
• Lineamientos Corporativos en materia de HSE
• Manejo de paquetes básicos de computación en ambiente Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat), manejo de Outlook (correo electrónico).
• Nivel avanzado del idioma inglés (Deseable) Habilidades/Destrezas:
• Manejo y supervisión de personal
• Administración del Tiempo
• Comunicación Efectiva
• Orientación al Cliente
• Proactivo, resolución de problemas y manejo de crisis.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Motivación al logro.
• Planeación, amplio sentido de responsabilidad.
• Excelente manejo de la comunicación y las relaciones interpersonales.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO: Expuesto a los siguientes posibles riesgos en la actividad:
• Biomecánicos: por manipulación manual de cargas, postura (prolongada mantenida, forzada, anti gravitacional), movimiento repetitivo.
• Físicos: o Iluminación: luz visible por exceso o deficiencia.

Ruido:

de impacto, intermitente, continuo.
• Psicosocial: características de la organización del trabajo (comunicación, tecnología, organización del trabajo, demandas cualitativas y cuantitativas de la labor).
• Condiciones de seguridad: o Mecánico: uso de cajones, archivadores, grapadoras, tijeras. o Locativo: sistemas y medios de almacenamiento, superficies de trabajo (irregulares, deslizantes, con diferencia del nivel), condiciones de orden y aseo (caídas de objeto).
• Públicos: robos, atracos, asaltos, atentados, de orden público, etc.

DEMANDA FÍSICA: En las actividades mencionadas permanece 25% en Planta/Operaciones y 75% en Oficina.
