Requirements:

• Proven experience in SysOps and/or DevOps positions
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• University degree (or final year student) in wireless, telecommunications, computer science, or electronics
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Technical expertise:

• Hardware configuration: Servers (e.g., Dell, HPE, Supermicro), Routers, Firewalls (e.g., Zyxel), Switches
• Proficient in Linux and/or Debian GNU/Linux operating systems (administration, kernel parameters)
• Implementation and configuration of networks (Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
• Virtualization experience with MaaS, VM/Containers, Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSphere), RedHat (OpenShift), VyOS/pfSense, and Public Clouds (e.g. AWS)
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and private repositories for docker images
• VPN creation and troubleshooting (site-2-site, site-2-client over IPSec)
• Authentication knowledge (e.g., Private PKI, LDAP, RADIUS server 802.1x)
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) and log servers (e.g., Elasticsearch, Rsyslog, OSSEC)
• Experience with backups and Disaster Recovery (e.g., Bacula, Veeam)
• Familiarity with www server and proxy server (e.g., nginx, apache2)
• Coding skills in Bash and Python
• Knowledge of infrastructure as a code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
