ITP - International Talent Program - Wholesale Banking Path

Location: Warsaw/Katowice/Hybrid

Our talent program ITP is a one and a half year development program carried out on several paths. If you are passionate about Banking, you have the opportunity to join the Wholesale Banking Sector of one of the largest banks in Poland. On the ITP - Wholesale Banking path, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in the area of strategic clients. Within this path, you can become part of a product team creating new solutions based on innovation methodology. You can also focus on sales and servicing of transactional, credit, structural real estate financing, trade finance, financial markets, or fiduciary products.

You have a tangible impact on shaping your career in banking.

We are looking for candidates for the talent program who:

  • Have completed higher education in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
  • Proficient in both English and Polish
  • Are passionate about the world of finance and banking, and were actively involved in student organizations and academic circles during their studies
  • Have some professional experience, but not exceeding 2 years
  • Value sustainable development

The ITP talent program offers you:
