DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):

Candidates for the position of assistant professor at the Department of Prehistory should meet the following criteria:

1. doctoral degree in the discipline of archaeology

2. experience in conducting research in the area of archaeology

3. participation in research projects in the field of archeology; textile archeology (production technology, analysis of fabrics and raw materials, weaving workshop, decorative techniques); experimental archaeology; clothing in prehistoric cultures and the early Middle Ages

4. knowledge of visual documentation of archaeological monuments (drawings and photographs)

5. knowledge of at least one (preferably two) foreign languages, sufficient to enable participation in international scientific life

6. ability to conduct independent scientific research and motivation for scientific and teaching work

7. interpersonal skills
