Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the Team of Country Project (CP) Managers at Game Aggregator: organise the work of the Team, assess the tasks and their relevance, priorities and adequacy, assign tasks to certain CP Manager or CP Manager Assistant, control the task execution
  • Interview new Team members for the position of Country Project Manager and CP Manager Assistant, selecting the most promising candidates
  • Train new employees, overseeing their integration into the Teamand work processes,assessing their integration progress, assisting in resolvingany imbalances and inconsistencies, mentoring during their onboarding
  • Solve basic issues related to relocation, some HR issues, etc. (directing what, how and where to do it)
  • Conduct performancereviews after the Probation Period and annually, provide feedback and evaluate employees' work. Identify strengths andweaknesses, assist in improving performance and productivity, and provide feedback on performance improvement / deterioration
  • Keep abreast with the changes on the market in connection to the Regulated Markets; Analyse the changes or new trends in the Regulations of the Regulated Markets
  • Highlight to the management the Regulated markets the company can enter and potentially gain significant profits,providing reasons for each market choice
  • Plan the entry into new markets: assess and calculate expenses and potential profits from new Regulated Market we are considering
  • Organise the collection and analysis of the feedback on the plans on licenses /certifications / entering new regulated markets of the Operators as well as Game Providers
Requirements:
  • English Advanced
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Management position
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with huge amount of data
  • Multitasking
  • Negotiation experience
  • Experience in tough negotiations, bargaining, successfullyclosing deals
  • Ability to persuade people
  • Ability to create a friendly and relax atmosphere during discussions while getting to the point and achieving your interest
  • Experience with analytics systems will be a plus
