Do części związanej z realizacją projektów fit-out poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Project Managera czyli Kierownika/ Kierowniczki Projektu Budowlanego.

Na czym polega ta rola:

  • Wsparcie w zarządzaniu projektami przebudowy powierzchni komercyjnych (fit – out)
  • Udział w wizjach lokalnych w celu weryfikacji zakresu i potrzebnych zmian
  • Wsparcie w obszarze optymalizacji kosztowej oraz zakresowej
  • Udział w procesie przygotowywania budżetów do projektów
  • Udział w analizowaniu wymagań Klientów pod kątem value engineering 'u
  • Współpraca z podwykonawcami i udział w negocjacjach umowy na roboty budowlane i instalacyjne
  • Nadzór, weryfikacja oraz koordynacja prowadzonych prac

Jesteś idealnym/ą kandydatem/kandydatką jeśli:

  • Interesujesz się wiedzą techniczną, formalną i technologiczną i chcesz ją poszerzać
  • Możesz pracować na cały etat lub jego część
  • Chcesz uczyć się i współpracować z najlepszymi specjalistami z branży
  • Komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (w mowie i w piśmie)
  • Pracę w firmie z tytułem Najlepszego Pracodawcy 2017 oraz 2019 przyznawanym przez Kincentric (dawniej AON) i Inwestor w Kapitał Ludzki 2019, 2021 oraz 2022
