Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of production support personnel, including business analysts, developers, and specialists.
  • Develop and implement project plans for enhancements to existing applications into the production support environment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within agreed-upon parameters.
  • Track project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.

Production Support Operations:

  • Oversee the implementation of ITIL/ITSM methodologies for efficient incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and user support requests.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
  • Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure application stability and security.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including business users, development teams, and IT operations, to understand their needs and ensure successful application support.
  • Manage expectations and communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external vendors or service providers if applicable.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously analyse and improve production support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production support procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing application support portfolio across BUILD & RUN
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Polish)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
