Intern in the Registration Department

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting administrative tasks in document creation
  • Document archiving
  • Working in internal IT systems
  • Verifying graphic projects of leaflets and packaging of medicinal products
  • Preparing, translating, and checking the correctness of informational prints
  • Timely assigning of administrative fees
  • Preparing and updating data summaries

Our requirements:

  • Recent years of higher education studies or graduate in fields such as pharmacy, public health, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or related
  • Fluent English language skills both in speaking and writing at least B2 level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Attentiveness, meticulousness, attention to detail
  • Responsibility, timeliness
  • Independence and willingness to learn
  • Desirable: basic knowledge of medicines, dietary supplements
  • Experience in translating documents (to/from English)
